热泵热水器基本原理 Basic principle of heat pump water heater 主要是由压缩机、热交换器、轴流风扇、保温水箱、水泵、储液罐、过滤器、电子膨胀阀和电子自动控制器等组成。接通电源后,轴流风扇开始运转,室外空气通过蒸发器进行热交换,温度降低后的空气被风扇排出系统,同时,蒸发器内部的工质吸热汽化被吸入压缩机,压缩机将这种低压工质气体压缩成高温、高压气体送入冷凝器,被水泵强制循环的水也通过冷凝器,被工质加热后送去供用户使用,而工质被冷却成液体,该液体经膨胀阀节流降温后再次流入蒸发器,如此反复循环工作,空气中的热能被不断“泵”送到水中,使保温水箱里的水温逐渐升高,最后达到55℃左右,正好适合人们洗浴,这就是空气源热泵热水器的基本工作原理。 It is mainly composed of compressor, heat exchanger, axial fan, heat preservation water tank, water pump, liquid storage tank, filter, electronic expansion valve and electronic automatic controller. In this way, the heat energy in the air is continuously "pumped" into the water, so that the water temperature in the heat preservation tank gradually rises to about 55 ℃, which is just suitable for people to take a bath.
