保温水箱的制作原理

Making Principle of Insulating Water Tank

保温水箱它是在内部使用了一些像保温杯等都会用到的一种保温材料来做芯层，然后使用不锈钢水箱来作为内表层，外层是不锈钢板材来做。这三种材料结合起来，是一个最合适最优秀的组合，就这样初步形成了不锈钢保温水箱。所以保温水箱是由三层组成的，芯层、内层和外层。

Insulating water tank is made of a kind of insulating material, such as insulating cup, which is used inside to make core layer, then stainless steel water tank is used as inner surface layer, and stainless steel plate is used as outer layer. The combination of these three materials is the most suitable and excellent combination, thus forming a stainless steel thermal insulation water tank. So the insulation water tank is composed of three layers, core layer, inner layer and outer layer.

芯层的保温介质采用50mm或80mm聚氨酯发泡来进行保温。内层是使用SUS304食品级不锈钢板。最后是外层选择SUS201不锈钢来进行制作!水箱板的厚度可以根据水箱的大小、高度来决定。

The core layer is insulated by 50 mm or 80 mm polyurethane foam. The inner layer is made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel plate. Finally, the outer layer is made of SUS201 stainless steel. The thickness of the water tank plate can be determined according to the size and height of the water tank.
